The Osher LLI at FAU Jupiter Presents Steve Clemons

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at 鶹ýӳ in Jupiter will present a lecture by Steve Clemons, the editor-at-large of The Hill magazine, on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute complex at FAU’s John D. MacArthur Campus, 5353 Parkside Dr., in Jupiter.

“Washington’s Floating World: How Politics in Our Nation’s Capital Has Become the World’s Most Important and Watched Theater” will examine how U.S. politics and policies are being overturned and recast and the attention the United States is receiving from other countries around the world.

Clemons is a foreign policy and politics contributor to MSNBC and is proprietor of the political blog, “The Washington Note.” He serves as a senior fellow and the founder of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation, a centrist think tank in Washington D.C., where he previously served as executive vice president. He writes and speaks frequently about the D.C. political scene and foreign policy and national security issues, as well as domestic and global economic-policy challenges.
