FAU to Offer 2022 Summer Camps

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s , the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, the , and the will host summer camps for summer 2022.
The following summer camp sessions will be offered:
- The Machine Perception and Cognitive Robotics Laboratory (MCPR) Deep Learning and AI Bootcamp for high school students will take place in two sessions: from Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 15 and Monday, July 18 through Friday, July 22. This camp will give participants the conceptual framework to understand the algorithms and well as computational practice to be able to deploy these skills in their home research settings. - Young CyrptograpHERS will take place Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29. The cybersecurity camp for high school girl students is sponsored by a grant from the National Security Agency (NSA). Participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles of cybersecurity and learn how to apply conceptual knowledge to real-world situations. Participation in the camp is free. - Criminal Justice Summer Camp will take place from Monday, June 13 through Friday, June 17, and will be filled with unique experiences for high school students to see the criminal justice system in action. - FAU Pine Jog Nature Camp will take place in weekly sessions from Monday, June 6 through Friday, July 29 for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It will consist of environmental education, arts, culture, sports, field trips and outdoor fun. The cost of the camp is $175 per week. The registration deadline is Monday, May 23.
